Patrick B. Horsman, CFA
Patrick is a Canadian-born American investor and entrepreneur. He founded the Foundation, originally launched in 2015 as the Four Peaks Foundation, and seeded it with a $2 million personal gift to channel his investment success back into the education of the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Patrick is the Founder and Managing Partner of Octopus Investments, a Puerto Rico-based investment management platform that seeds and supports alternative asset managers globally. He is the Managing Partner of Horsman Holdings, his single-family office, and the Chief Investment Officer of BNB Plus Corp. (Nasdaq: BNBX), a public-company digital asset treasury.
Earlier in his career he co-founded Blue Sand Securities (2002), Merion Investment Management (2009), Context Summits (2010), Integrated Ag (2011), and Innovation Shares (2017). He is a CFA Charterholder, a graduate of the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management (Magna Cum Laude, 2002), and a member of TIGER 21, the Milken Institute, and the Family Office Association.
He is also a co-founder and board member of the CMO of Paradiso College Preparatory, a tuition-free charter school network in Puerto Rico.
